Where can I find dried Pluots?

Hi hounds! Saw a recipe the other day that had them and they sound amazing. Any ideas or sightings would be great. Thanks!

Not sure, since I've never shopped for them myself, but two places to try: (1) Manhattan fruit exchange, in Chelsea mkt., has a large selection of dried fruits, and is where I buy dried apricots, cranberries, prunes, etc.; (2) Kaluystan's on Lex. Ave. in Curry Hill may have them. Zabars?

Sounds like an ingredient that can be substituted for a "next best thing," like dried apricots, or a combo of apricots and prunes....

    Happy hunting!
