Barbone Vs. Pepolino Vs. Da Andrea Vs. Piccolo Angolo

My birthday is coming up and I wanted to go to an italian restaurant. Which of these would you recommend for food and which would you recommend for ambience.

Thank You!

Ive only been to Pepolino and Da Andrea. Both are very good. I think if you want really good Tuscan food, then Pepolino is the better choice. Also, Pepolino has more choices on the menu, to the best of my recollection. The Ossobucco at Pepolino is amazing.
The ambiance is pretty similar at Pepolino ,except Pepolino has an upstairs and downstairs dining room. It is a rustic look and both places are casual. You won't go wrong with either.

Been to 2 in your list. Food were equally good.

Da Andrea's celebratory ambiance makes Barbone feel like a morgue.

I've been to Pepolino and Da Andrea, but not the others. I like the food at Da Andrea, and the prices are lower, but Pepolino feels a bit more special. I would base the decision on which menu appeals to you more.
