Has anyone been to Bistro 7 lately? Any recommendations on what to order?
I attended a wine tasting there a couple of months ago in the private room upstairs (which is large and spacious), and we had their 10-course tasting menu. Overall, very good, and a true bargain for the price (although the service was slow). As I remember, I thought the gnocchi was the best I've ever had (I believe it was squash gnocchi in brown butter). Very light and fluffy.
I've been meaning to go back on my own. This place really seems to fly under the radar. A friend of mine swears by it and says they've never even had to make reservations.
