Reccommendation wanted for place to walk from Parc 55 hotel on Cyril Magnin [San Francisco]

I have to take a group of five colleagues from out of town out to dinner on a weeknight in late January. Looking for a place wth table service, with an upbeat atmosphere, good food with most entrees no higher than the $25 range. walking or short cab ride from Parc 55 hotel on Cyril Magnin. Would appreciate your advice.

I'm not sure how "upbeat" it will be on a weeknight in Jan but M.Y. China could be interesting. Just a short walk from hotel.

You are in the heart of downtown with dozens and dozens of restaurants within walking distance - all with table service....

Do you have food preferences?

My initial inclinations to recommend would be (all within about four to six blocks):
Fifth Floor
Ame
Farallon
Anchor & Hope
Gitane

Thank you for your quick response. I haven't been to Fifth Floor but I think it's above my price range, I'm pretty sure Farallon is too. I think their entrees are more in the $30+ range. But I'll check them out and the others you recommended. Thanks for your help!
