Austin CH coming to NOLA - Looking for Best Tasting Menus

Sweet_Cheeks Jan 7, 2013 06:38 AM

The hubs and I are coming in to NO this weekend and are looking to find a place with a great tasting menu. We tried to get a reservation at August but the only had very early or very late reservations available. Does anyone have another suggestion? You help is much appreciated!

I'd say August would be worth the weird rez time if you could get a late reservation.

In no particular order, here are the best tasting menus available:

      Commanders Palace
      Windsor Court Grill Room

Commander's Palace has a great one, and I also like Coquette. CP is all stops pulled out, coquette's is more subdued.

Seconding Coquette. The food is fantastic, and there's a 5 course one listed on the menu, and a 6 course "we'll send you wantever we want to send you" one as well.
