What may not be clear, j04, is that the Waldorf is in the middle of nowhere. That hotel, along with an upscale Hilton and Wyndham, I believe, are alone with a bunch of timeshares on a huge piece of land that was probably undeveloped until the hotels went up recently. There are no strip malls or independent businesses nearby. If you want to venture out and find non-hotel restaurants, head over to Downtown Disney or Celebration, or go a bit further to Sand Lake Road, our Restaurant Row, and you'll find plenty of options. Crossroads right outside Disney property has a bunch of places too, but nearly all are chains.

La Luce is extremely good. It's in the Hilton next door. Usually makes best lists.
Don't know what you are looking for. Bull and Bear in the Waldorf is also top notch.

Bull and Bear is quite expensive as all good steak houses are. I felt La Luce gave very good value.
