Is there any story behind the demise of Suzy's on Bleecker?

I had no particular love for Suzy's Chinese restaurant finding it bland and ordinary but it was useful to us for take-out for our 6 year-old.

I am struck by how quickly it closed up shop. Lights off, grated and locked, furniture sold off.

What's the story? I know they got really negative blog and listserve comments when they switched to new owners, a shorter menu, and so on. But is there any more to the closure than that?

What?? I passed there this morning and didn't notice it had closed. I haven't been there in a while, though.
