Have they changed corn starch? [moved from Ontario (inc. Toronto board]

Noticed that corn starch doesn't seem to have the same thickening power as it did before. Anyone else notice the same....have they switched to another starch like Tapioca or potato or something else.

Trying another branch right now to see if I'm offbase.

  1. What brand of corn starch do you use?

    1. Depends on how old your specific corn starch is, it definitely will go stale.
