Felt like food heaven

Christmas Dinner "Blossom" She Crab Soup-Very Good. Blue Cheese Wedge-Good. Sorgum Glazed Pork Belly-THE BOMB. Muscles- Excellent
86 Oysters-Oh No. Meyer Beef Short Rib with Yukon Gold Puree-Amazing

"Hominy Grill" Shrimp and Grits- Better then I thought it would be.
The Big Nasty-Tasty and Filling

"Charleston Crab House"-There are alot of better options around.

Charleston Food Tour "Dixie Supply Bakery" wasn't impressed
"Noisy Oyster" Fried Green Tomato was the highlight of sample plate.

"Cru Cafe" Service and Presentation-Very Good. Food seemed Salty
would like to try again.

Savannah Food Tour. Much more in depth tour then Charleston.
Lady and Sons was highlight of the tour and Paula's Fried Chicken is Awesome

"Jazz'd" The Tapa's were Very Good. The ambience was open and not as cozy as their web site made it look like.

"Mrs Wilkes Boarding House" Opens at 11:00 got there at 10:15 Got in at 11:45 worth the wait the first time, probably would'nt wait that long again.

Robert Irvine's "Eat" Hilton Head Charcuterie Plate-Very Good (Duck Prosciutto-Excellent) Wedge Salad-Very Good- Filet Mignon with Demi ,Mashed Potato ,Asparagus and Blue Cheese Merlot Butter-Excellent.
Cioppino was tasty however I perfer a brothy stlye like in San Francisco
the gnocchi in it didn't seem to fit. Strawbeery Peach Cobbler with Cornmeal Crumble-Outstanding

Back to Charleston

Jestine's Kitchen The line was long so we went to the sweet shop behind the Restaurant and had some Coca Cola Cake that was wonderful.

"Cyprus" (one of Blossom's Sister Restaurants) Almond Fried Brie Salad with Cranberry Walnut Chutney atop Babby Greens with Champagne Vinaigrette-THE BOMB. Charcuterie Summer Sausage,City Ham, Kielbasa, Head Cheese, Salmon Rillettes- Excellent (Almost THE BOMB)
Chicken and Dumplings, Root Veggie, Shitake Mushroom,Sage Natural Jus-THE BOMB Sorgum glazed Tamworth Pork Chop, Honey Crisp Apple, Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and BBQ Peanuts-THE BOMB
Grand Marnier Souffle- THE BOMB

Brunch "Magnolia's" Brunch (Sister Restaurant of Cyprus) Chicken and Wafflesserved with Home Frys,OE Eggs,Tabasco Honey Sauce-Excellent.
Parmesan Crusted Flounder with Creek Shrimp Pirloo,Sweet Corn Tomato and Asparagus Salad, LumpCrab Citrus Beurre Blance- THE BOMB.

"Southend Brewery and Smokehouse" Carolina Slow smoked BBQ Pork with Golden Sauce-Very Good

"Coast" Old Fashioned Tossed Salad-Basic. Thai Chile Shrimp Cheviche-Good (huge portion) Grilled Swordfish with Fingerling Potatoes Special-Excellent. Braised Grouper Shitake Mushrooms and Tomato over Bacon Cheese Grits-THE BOMB

We will Definintly do Charleston again

      When a Restaurant runs out of an item, that item is 86,d.
      So 86 oysters means they ran out of oysters

        Yes Court Yard Marriott Historic District.-Very Nice with a real cozy bar and very frendly bartenders

          I have been on several food tours in Charleston and none took me to god forbid the noisy oyster....which did you use?
          I have had much better tomato pie than dixie supply...I don't know why it gets so much attention
