Ancora lunch

If anyone is as enamoured of the under-the-radar lunches on Fridays and Saturdays as I am (their sandwiches make me weep with joy) just be aware that tomorrow (Saturday, January 5) is the last day they will have lunch service.

Sorry to hear that the lunch service didn't work out. I went a few times while pizza was still being served at lunch, but I never returned for the non pizza lunches.

Why is that, not well attended?

Chef Jeff wants to spend more time with his family, is what he told me. And since the lunches are pretty quiet, it was the best way to make that happen.

I will miss the lunches- Chef made amaaaazing bread and even the simplest ingredients were prepared so wonderfully in between those slices.
