Weekday lunch specials in Quebec city (or just good value lunch)

I will be in Quebec city next week for a day and need a good place for lunch. I'm looking for either a good cheap lunch or a lunch special that would make a fancier restaurant not that expensive.

If you like poutine, there's a chain called Ashton and their gravy fries and cheese are awesome in my book. My taste buds just get excited whenever I'm in Qc city.

I also tried one of their burgers once and was pleasantly surprise with it's taste.

Their poutine and their fries are among the best I had chain restaurant or not.
