I know this is sacrilege, but are the any recommended places that sell vegetarian poutine in the city Will mainly be Uptown, Downtown and in Lincoln Park. thanks

Not sure if there will be vegetarian options, but you or other poutine fans might want to check out Poutine Fest 2/24/13. Perhaps call the participating restaurants before or after the fest to see if they ever do a veggie version.

There is a relatively new poutine shop in River North that sells a vegetarian poutine according to this article:
