I have a recipe I've been meaning to try for orange cookies dipped in chocolate. I would use the orange salt instead of regular salt in the recipe.
My lunch salad is usually dressed with EVO, vinegar and salt. I would try the orange salt. I bet it would be good with a green salad that contained sweet red peppers. I think a lot of salads would benefit from orange salt. For example, tonight I am planning to make a broccoli, raisin, cheese salad with a mayo dressing.
I recently tried a homemade version of Shake 'n Bake coating mix for chicken. I can see using orange salt with chicken. Hope you report back on what you've tried.
