Unique/Unusual Restaurants

Looking for some unique restaurants in Las Vegas, by which I mean restaurants that are authentic representatives of unusual cuisines. African, Sri Lankan, Filipino, Hawaiian, Mongolian, Central Asian, Peruvian, etc. Or unusual regional food.

Wine 5 Cafe says that it's Kenyan, but the menu looks pretty generic. Roys and Island Flavor don't appear super authentically Hawaiian from their menu. I know about Goldilocks but not other Filipino restaurants. I love Dong Ting Spring for authentic Hunan and Yunnan Garden for authentic Yunnan.
