Main Event vs. Mauzone (Celebration) for Bar Mitzvah

I am planning a bar mitzvah in the late spring and am in the process of choosing a caterer.

Last go round, we used Main Event and were very happy with them. I am afraid to go with someone else without firsthand experience, so I am turning to you all for your opinions/advice.

We will be having around 150 people at a sit-down kiddush and luncheon after Shabbat morning services (davening). Price does factor in, but is not the final determinant.

If you were happy with ME the first time , why change ?
They do an excellent job , and thier food tastes good as well.

Mauzone does a very nice job. Their presentation is beautiful ; their food is excellent. They do a first rate job. Mazel tov.

do u want to be more specific about the location and what youre looking for in terms of kiddush and luncheon?

I do feel that way about sticking with what I know to be good, but I guess I want to see if it's worth shaking it up a little.

Sure. It will be in our shul. I am looking for a buffet luncheon with maybe a plated first course. Not overdone, with nice presentation and good waitstaff.
