Unsweetened plain soy yogurt

Happy New Year!

I am now searching for unsweetened plain soy yogurt.
My go-to brand- Wildwood has discontinued the product, and I'm trying to find a replacement.
I live in Downtown Boston, and if you know of any place that carries it- and is bus or T accessable, please let me know,
Heck, even if it's NOT accessable please TELL ME!!!
Thank U

  1. youve tried the obvious places like Whole Foods, Trader Joes and the Harvest Coop?

    1. Yes, it's quite disheartening
I can find regular plain soy- but it's way too sweet!!
      Anyplace in Quincy maybe?

      1. Looking for the same thing! All I can find is flavored ...

I just spoke to Harvest Co-op in Central Square, and they now have UNSWEETENED Soy Yogurt- wanted to share that!!!!

        2. There's another product that might work for's called tofu pudding. I buy it at Hong Kong market in Malden but I think most Chinese markets would have it. It's softer than even extra-soft tofu and not quite as dense. It's comes in half-pint and pint containers, sweet and unsweetened versions, I think the unsweetened one is in a blue container and the sweet is in yellow.

Since its not really yogurt, it doesn't have the good bacteria in it. The protein content is proably lower than soy yogurts, too (a container of OSoy in my fridge lists 8 g of protein, i think the tofu pudding is more like 2 or 4 g per serving). But it might work if you just want something cool and creamy to eat with your morning granola.

Sounds interesting but I want tangy for savory cooking. I know there is soy sour cream but I prefer the yogurt.

          2. I get unsweetend soy yogurt at Good Health atural Foods in Quincy.

I Have not purshased it in a few weeks--but I believe it might be Wildwood brand. They definitely carry that line. If Wildwood has discontined it, it might be another brand.

            Call before you go!

Take the red line to the CENTRAL stop- the stop right before HARVARD
                  Go upstairs, it's right there

                  Harvest Co-Op Markets
                  580 Massachusetts Ave
                  Cambridge, MA 02139

                  1. re: C. Hamster

It's right in Quincy Center, almost at the end of Hancock St. It just moved across the street to where the old Blockbuster's used to be (across the street from Remick's). They have a parking lot next door, and it's also walkable from the Quincy Center T stop.

                    1. re: kobuta

I don't know if that one carries unsweetened plain
I know for a fact that Central Square does, since I buy it there!

                        SeaSide Tomato posted:

Then C Hamster asked SeaSide Tomato:
                        "SST [= SeaSide Tomato]
