Basta in Ossining??

Has anyone ever been to Basta in Ossining? I looked at their website and it looks like an upscale pizzeria. According to the website the 2 owners are from the CIA. What are your thoughts on the place?

    I ate there one time (Caesar salad and Penne alla Vodka). Totally underwhelmed by the average food and slow service. I do not plan to go back.

    Elisa, it's on Campwoods Road, across the street from Wobble Cafe.

      Thanks. I was just at Wobble Cafe a couple weeks ago (great lunch with my son) and didn't notice another restaurant. I guess it's next to the gas station?

      The Ossining Pizzeria, just around the corner, is terrific--and has more than pizza. We often go there for gelato after eating at Wobble.
