Splendido - Bourdin Noir and Black Truffles ( paired with 1971 Egon Muller Schazhofberger Riesling Auslese ).
Toritos - New England Clam Chowder with Corn and Bacon.
Toritos - Mussels Al Escabeche
Judy's Cuisine - Braised whole pigeon with premium top soy in a claypot
Maple Yip - Steamed whole Florida line caught Red Hind Garoupa with Ginger, Scallions and premium soya sauce
The Emperor - Fried Baby Pork Side Ribs with Chinese Preserved Olive Tapenade.
Maple Yip - Jumbo BC Spotted Prawns with Maggi Sauce.
Norther Dumpling Kitchen - Sliced Leg of Pork in Garlic, Cilentro and Flavored Chili oil marinade.
Ju-Izakaya - Charbroiled Chicken Teriyaki Burger!
Yang's - Fried jumbo Prawns with Salted Duck Egg Yolk Coating.

I guess I'll be the first to put down the kimchee fries from Banh Mi Boys. Some other ideas:
Actinolite - ham salad
Pizza e pazzi - pizza (margherita)
Hiro sushi - smoked salmon
Bannock - poutine
Aravind - eggplant (it was part of a dish)
Museum Tavern - butterscotch pudding with donut holes
Oyster Boy - fish and chips
Khao San Rd - massaman curry (pretty much any curry)
Frank AGO - eggs bene
