Tu B'Shvat Shabbat Menu ideas?

Anyone want to help me brainstorm on a meat meal?

i'm doing wild rice stuffed cornish hens with a fig reduction sauce, sweet noodle kugel with dried fruit, pecan-topped sweet potatoes, and a rib roast with braised tomatoes and cippolini onions (scientifically, tomatoes are a fruit)

Mulberry & Pecan Wood Smoked Duck Breast served sliced over Rocket Salad with Port braised Apricot & Bing Cherries ...Toasted Pecans atop.

*Attn: Lorax and fellow tree huggers.... We did not chop down a single tree, but happily collected from the great bounty of wood Sandy provided.

It'd be just as good pan fried for all y'all who don't smoke.
