Salmon Burger Toppings

What are some good Salmon Burger toppings? Sauces? Cheeses? Veggies? Spreads?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Tzatziki (I like a mix of dill and mint) with the thinnest sliver of red onion and a bit of salad greens.

lemon mayo or wasabi mayo. I'll add in-season tomatoes, lettuce or arugula... but not a whole lot else. Don't want to mask the great flavor :)

When I make salmon "burgers" or "cakes", my go-to's are usually freshly made tartar sauce, plain mayo, or Thousand Island dressing (Marie's is good).

Also freshly-squeezed lemon juice, lettuce or arugula, sliced tomato (but only during tomato season), sometimes a sprinkling of shredded parmesan, sometimes a paper-thin slice of red onion, a dash or two of hot sauce. . . .

Sliced avocado and the mango salsa mentioned above. Criolla sauce.

I would like a roasted red pepper remoulade made with pureed roasted red peppers, mayo, horseradish, lemon juice, minced shallots (or capers if you like them) and salt and pepper.

A garlic aioli would also be good - roasted garlic would soften the harsh garlic taste.

Mango salsa would be great as well, or a Dijon mustard sauce.
