not an early bird special, but chez nous has a daily 3 course meal for less then $30. really good value for what you get.

The Carillon usually has one of these going: http://www.thecarillonrestaurant.com (link goes to their homepage as they don't seem to have a separate link: $29 three-course dinner between 5:30 and 6:30, Tuesday through Saturday.)
