I had this can of frozen lobster that I bought 2 years ago? I threw it out. Was I wise to do that? Happy New Year!
I think you did the right thing. While it was most likely quite safe to eat, 2 years is way too long for any seafood product to sit in a freezer without serious loss of quality.
