Novare Res and Miyake

Don't have time to go into too much detail, but just wanted to state what an excellent time we had on Saturday at both Novare Res and Miyake.

Totally loved the vibe of Novare Res. Would definitely be a regular haunt if we lived up in Portland. Our dinner at

Miyake might have been the best meal we had in all of 2012. Simply perfect.

Huge fan of Novare, love everything about it. The owner is opening up a huge brewery/distillery on commercial street within the month hopefully. Not sure where you live and how often you get here, but you'll want to check this out on a future visit

Good to know. Will definitely check it out the next time we're up in Portland. We live in Boston, so it's an easy trip. It reminded us a lot of Lord Hobo (right down to having very similar ceiling tiles).
