L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon Pre Theater Menu?

  • 1

HI! I am heading to LV the first week of March and was wondering if L'Atelier still serves a a pre-theater menu? If not, can you please make a recommendation on a non-meat centric option for a Sunday night pre-theater option? Really don't want a buffet that night. Thanks!

  1. If you are going to see Ka, the "show" actually starts early, so be in your seats 15 minutes early. IMO, it is a BIG mistake to try and gulp down a pre-theater dinner at a nice place just to give yourself a check mark on your calendar.

My wife and I have learned to separate the event meals from the event performances, particularly in LV. You simply cannot savor or linger over a meal and face the time constraint of the start of the performance.

Grab something light and early @ Wolfgang Puck's in MGM (or some pasta @ Fiamma's!) and then come back and linger over dessert.

If you are going to spend the bux to dine @ L'Atelier, dedicate the time to truly enjoy the fare. (Their mashed potatoes are an excuse to see just how much butter can be incorporated into the potatoes and the answer is...a lot!)

    Just some food for "thought."
