Peruvian Food in Tokyo: Is Miraflores Still the Best Choice?

I've seen some older post about Miraflores being a good Peruvian restaurant; is that still the case? Have any other places opened up?

Arco Iris in Gotanda still seems to be going strong, as is Romina in Yotsuya (although it gets very crowded with families after church on Sundays). Tia Susana in Shinanomachi also has Peruvian food, although it's mainly a sports bar.
