As I've searched the West LA area for baby back ribs and come up short, I ran across Jims Fallbrook in Woodland Hills, a weekend BBQ. Has Anyone tried this?

Yes. Its quite good. My only complaint is that they don't do the tri-tip Santa Maria style, but treat it like brisket. Ribs, chicken and sausage are all good.

The market itself has an excellent butcher shop as well as a top notch seafood department. Neither are cheap.

Smokes. The Memphis Style Ribs are excellent and the butcher was quite skilled, selection great. The seafood, although not the best, was convenient to have with the butcher. Small selection. The wine and beer selection was nice. I have designated it as my go to butcher in west LA until otherwise introduced to another. thanks again, ck
