Lunch tasting menus

Are there any other places other than Bouley and Gramercy Tavern that offer tasting menus for lunch? Not looking for prix fixe, but a tasting menu.

Is it just me or has anyone else ever wondered if dinnertime meals at these kinds of restaurants are executed better? Even for identical dishes. I mean, either there's a difference in quality or not, and there are plausible reasons for either case.

Among restaurants of this caliber I haven't noticed any differences in quality between lunch and dinner though the amuses bouche and mignardises are sometimes fewer.

Jean Georges Vongerichten, Eric Ripert, Daniel Humm, and Mark Ladner are usually working in the kitchen during lunch service.
