Seeking eggplant parmigiana in the Sunny Isles area...

New renters would love to have that dish once a week and would appreciate take-out or dine-in recs. We tend to like minimal or no breading and avoid versions with a sweet tomato sauce. Any special versions you could suggest as we drive around the area- Miami to Delray Beach would make us happy. Thanks, in advance.

I love the appetizer at Scuola Vecchio Pizza in Delray Beach.

Melanzane alla Parmigana. It is a small app size portion but it is heavenly.

Have it before you order one of their Keste pizzas and you should be in for a real treat.

Check out Laurenzo's Italian Market just off 163rd on West Dixie - they have excellent take-out as well as a wonderful meats, cheeses and fish departments. Homemade pastas are great too.

Ni.Do Café at 73rd and Biscayne Blvd. in Miami has an excellent eggplant parm. Lots of other delicious dishes to try also. Casual and affordable. Highly recommend it.

Kings County Pizza will deliver to you. Great pizza and baked ziti too. I don't love their eggplant parm as much but it's worth trying.

Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in Aventura does a food job with their Eggplant Marino.

I have another option from a surprising source. It's a health food store in North Miami called Here Comes the Sun. Eggplant Parm is very good and the way you prefer. They deliver as well

i didn't realize you were willing to travel far. I would add Cafe la Buca in Pompano Beach.
