Rachel Khoo Little Paris Kitchen bouillabaise

Lots of good ingredients for flavour and finished in a half hour easily, this was a real winner. I used locally caught perch, no shellfish (hubby not so keen) and a good handful of shrimp. The base contains fennel, wine, orange juice and zest, saffron and star anise to name just a few components. Will make again for sure.

  1. I just love her show. I looked it up on the internet and it seems that there will only be 6 episodes. I hope she makes more. A very refreshing take after years of 'big' personalities and small cooking on food network. I miss some of the old chefs from the beginning days....
