Easter 2013

Is it too early to start talking about what we will make for Easter?

  1. I will be in Costa Rica on Easter 2013 so I think someone else will be cooking for me.

    1. No, not too early but I am waiting until New Years is behind me before I plans another big holiday meal.

            Basically an afternoon meal that will be our dinner.

        2. Colorado Prime Roasted Leg of Lamb....Maybe some Dry-Aged Racks too if there are enough people.

          1. We don't celebrate Easter but we do use it as an excuse to make lamb since we can get it at a good price. I did a leg of lamb of the barbeque for Thanksgiving marinated in olive oil, za'atar and lemon juice and zest that I can't wait to repeat. Probably another big Mediterranean spread- it was fantastic.
