I am planning on making a trip to Kaito my one big meal while on vacation in SD. But it will be on New Years Eve which is Monday. Any problem with this for the seafood? Not sure what the current consensus is on this day of the week issue.
IIRC Chef Kaz's "best" days are Tuesdays and Fridays, but that mostly goes for selection. He wouldn't serve anything that wasn't quality.
