Can I freeze the following?

Kielbasa, knockwurst or pancetta? Thanks!

Agree with the above. All freeze well with no problems or significant quality loss (especially if ultimately thawed slowly in the fridge before use).

If you freeze them in vacuum seal bags, you can store them for far longer...even for 6 months to a year (especially if your freezer is 0 degrees F or below).

If you have a vacuum sealer, you won't have to worry about the freezer burn. I want one!

Yes to all of them. Do your best to wrap them well. You'll be happiest if you use them within a month or so, because they will suffer from freezer burn rather fast.
