Just walked by it a few minutes ago. It is definitely open and even had a line to get in, spillover from Acme.

The real question: is it any good? Since the owners are new, doea nayone know?

Felix's has new owners and it has been closed for renovations. It was set to reopen the day after Christmas..

If you mean Felix's oyster house across from Acme, they are closed. :(

See my earlier post, Johnbliss, and follow the link. Felix's is likely already reopened, if the renovations were completed on schedule. Give them call, in case there is any doubt.
