Japanese Restaurants near Murrieta, Temecula, Wildomar

Looking for a quality Japanese restaurant, have tried a few and found them lacking authentic Japanese, probably because most are owned by Korean families. Love Korean food too, but I would really like to find traditional Japanese in the area.
