BAGELS nr South Boston?

Is there a spot we can pick up a big bag of fresh bagels (think NYC) and the trimmings near the South Boston area ?

Will have a car - so with our handy GPS we can find about anything - coming through Providence north into Boston....

Get off 95 on the mechanic street Sharon exit. Follow five miles or so to Cobbs corner canton. Take a left at the mobile gas and Life's a Bagel is behind the McDonalds to the left of the Subway.
To get back in the direction of Boston, follow Washington street and left on church to neponset street.
Side note: once off the 95 exit you'll see wardberry farm which makes great zucchini bread.

I assume you'll be coming up 95 to 93. Instead of hopping right onto 93 in Braintree, go on a brief Rte. 3 detour to Hingham and stop into Atlantic Bagel & Coffee Co.

Fresh rosemary bagel = death by happy.

If you're going to be on 93 north coming into the city anyway, just keep going up to Katz in Chelsea, it will only add another ~20 minutes to your total time to go up there and back down.

+1 on this, although their hours are kinda limited, so call before making the trip. they are definitely closed on saturdays.
