Eating at Lotus of Siam tonight. Any dishes that I must try? We eat everything and love spices!

    The braised short ribs in the panang cognac cream sauce was exceptional.....

      Our usual favorites:
      Tom Kah Kai - Bangkok style (chicken, coconut milk, lemongrass soup)
      Nua Sao Renu (grilled beef with tamarind sauce)
      Crispy Duck Panang

      In our experience, their 1-10 hot scale is um, a bit hotter than other Thai restaurants. A "3" anywhere else would be a 1 or 2 there. YMMV.
