BYOB in central jersey w/ private room

Please help. I'm looking for a BYOB restaurant in Ocean or Monmouth County NJ with a PRIVATE ROOM to hold about 30-40 people. Preferably with a sit down dinner menu (not buffet).

A fairly new place which I have been to and find the food to be very good is Christine's in the Atlantic Highlands (old AMA location). For that amount of people they will probably let you have the whole restaurant which would be nice. Here is their web site. If you do a search on here you will find my review of the place.
