5 Nights in Vegas... so many options!
I already have my 5 dinners picked, but I could be convinced otherwise: DOCG, Julian Serrano early tasting menu, Sage early tasting menu, Sirio early tasting menu, and the Bacchanal buffet. It will mean a lot of early dinners, but the early tastings look interesting for a good price.
I also have a lunch booked at China Poblano and brunch at Border Grill.
Some other lunch options we are looking at are (or dinners if we decide to switch any of them out):
-French: Comme Ca or Mon Ami Gabi
-Steak: CUT, Charlie Palmer, or Delmonico
-Burgers: Gordon Ramsay's BurGR/Pub and Grill at Caesar’s Palace (only once I can view the menus), Holsteins, Rattlecan, or iheartburgers
-Pizza: Secret Pizza or Wolfgang Puck Cucina and Pizzeria
-Happy Hours: American Fish, Nobhill Tavern, Trevi, Strip Steak, Emeril's, Sirio
-Others: Tableau, Mesa Grill, Oyster Bar at Harrah’s, Public House
If anyone has feedback on what I should definitely include or exclude, that would be appreciated. We are okay spending a bit of money on a meal (provided it isn't Robuchon prices) and are flexible about cuisine (the only thing we aren't crazy about is sushi).

I had dinner at China Poblano two nights ago. This was my third trip there in the last 1.5 years and unfortunately my last. All the food was way oversalted (we had to buy a bottle of water after the meal to slake our thirst) plus the cocktails were mediocre. I would expect a perfect mojito from this type of restaurant but it was not to be. Forgettable experience unfortunately.
