Russian markets in the Twin Cities?

AnneInMpls Dec 27, 2012 04:12 PM

Now that Kiev Foods has closed (sob), where are the remaining Russian groceries/delis in the Twin Cities? A friend is hunting for tvorog, and I need some chocolates. Thanks for your help!

If you're in the south metro (Burnsville/Eagan), you have a choice of a few.

Minsk Market on Beau D'Rue drive and the Eastern European Market on 13 and Parkwood further west are reliable.

Ukraine Deli in Coon Rapids on Foley Blvd. A lot of homemade delicacies.

Minsk Market in Eagan - never been in, so I don't know what they carry.
