Cooking Classes

Anyone know where there is a list of summer Manhattan/Brooklyn cooking classes /courses for non professionals? I think the NY Times had a list but I can't find. Any suggestions?

Coursehorse.com tries to aggregate them, they do a decent job.

Too early for Summer 2013 Schedules, but here are a few more NY Cooking Schools:

What about the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE)? They have a whole recreational cooking division. The course catalog is online, I don't know if it extends into summer yet.

ICE was my first idea, too. In Manhattan, there is also La Scuola at Eataly.

I took a rec. Cooking class at ice- had a great time and learned a lot but I heard from other students who had taken more courses there before that a few of the chef teachers aren't as good as the others. However- chef Peter Berley is GREAT. His "cooking with mushrooms" class was fantastic.
