Leftover Saint-Marcellin

This is is a first for us. We won’t be home to eat it tomorrow, but I’m sure we will polish it off on Thursday. What is the best way to store it until then?

  1. wrap in waxed paper and put it in the fridge -- just pull it out an hour or so ahead of time so it can warm up.

      Thanks Sunshine! I had thought that there were different rules for storing runny cheese.

        only that you have to be a little more vigilant so it doesn't head out across the fridge...
