How can I use extra Beef Wellington stuffing?

I've made an awesome Beef Wellington and I also happen to have about 2 - 2.5 cups of mushroom stuffing left over. This mixture has diced button, baby bella and porcini mushrooms with shallots, chicken pate, an egg yolk, a little garlic, some red wine and marjoram. Hate to throw this out - how is this best repurposed? Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

I agree with Veggo that a sandwich is the way to go.

But *not* with pastrami. I think you should just make a sandwich with this by itself on some Pumpernickel, or on a focaccia.

Don't throw away food that's not spoiled, date it,freeze it. Stuff chix breast, pork chops, add cream, make a sauce, add to pasta....

OMG- please put that to good use, even if you throw it into an omelet.

Warmed up, it would be great in a pastrami sandwich on jewish rye. Or simply spread on lavash.
