I would like to make Veal Parmagiana at home. Any ideas where I can get fresh veal cutlets?

There are many markets that have excellent veal. Gelson's, Bristol Farms, Whole Foods among the chains, immediately come to mind. I don't know where you live, but any good butcher should be able to provide you with good veal.

i think Bristol farms is your best bet or a kosher butcher. Whole foods (at leas near me) only has pre-packages and they are too small and thin for parm. If you are in the Beverly Hills area there is the European Deluxe Sausage Kitchen who will slice the cutlets to order. Pick up some Biltong while you are there!

In addition to upscale markets such as Gelsons, Costco sells veal leg cutlets in double packs of about a pound each.
