Did brioche rolls rise too much? Help!
I am making Dorie Greenspan's bubble-top brioche rolls: http://www.bonappetit.com/recipes/200...
Everything has been going great, but I left them out for 3 hours rather than just 1 to rise, and I think they may have risen too much. Is that possible?
Should I bake right away? Should I deflate them? I was planning on waiting 2 more hours before baking so they will be hot before dinner.
