Christmas Eve cocktails?

Anyone know what cocktail bars might be open for drinks this evening? Most don't open until 5 o'clock and none that I can find have clarified their holiday hours!

It is my tradition to go out for cocktails every Xmas eve. For whatever reason, finding places that are open has become less of a challenge in recent years (in the old days, the choices were pretty much limited to hotels and dive bars). Last year, we went from Trina's to Island Creek to Eastern Standard. I may start out tonight with a drink at Westbridge in Kendall; they're going to stay open until 9. One of the best parts about tonight is that wherever you go, parking will be easier than on just about any other night of the year.

Trina's is open from 9pm on; no kitchen.
Eastern Standard is open until midnight; from what I recall, the food keeps rolling until 10 or 11pm.
Estragon is doing a sherry cocktail special menu (besides their regular one); no kitchen.

"Most don't open until 5 o'clock" This would seem to indicate that they will be open this evening. I doubt places are going to open at 5:00 and close at 8:00.

Don't know about tonight but at least the last few years Trina's has been open, complete w/ a limited food menu.
