Elegant show-stopping lunch in NYC?

I've probably been to all, yet curious if I'm missing something ... love Jean-George (formal dining room), Cafe Boulud, Gramercy Tavern (formal dining room) Eleven Madison Park, NoMad, La Grenouille, the Modern (formal dining room), Carlyle ...
... did I miss or forget something?

Thanks in advance!

La Grenouille

  1. I've read wonderful things about the $55 tasting menu at Bouley. I adore Bouley at dinner, but have never tried it for lunch.

    1. Here is a long list of some prix fixe lunches, some more elegant than others:

        1. Four Seasons is impressive

          1. Four Seasons hotel restaurant or four seasons restaurant? The four seasons hotel has a xmas menu for $130 ... three courses ...

I love Picholine, but it's not open at lunch.

That's right. According to the maître d' Picholine won't be reinstating lunch service any time soon.
