Need help today! Kid friendly near Opera house?

Going to nutcracker today (1:00) and we need to kill a few hours after before heading to a family party. Haven;t been down there in a while. We need a place for light snacks or dessert with kids. Any suggestions? The four seasons was full.

Back Deck is right next to Boston Coffee..on West/Washington..not gourmet but very child friendly

The Boston Common coffee company is right next door to the opera house. Good coffee and light snacks. Good for both kids and adults.
