Trying to remember a Chinese restaurant in Sunnyvale

The Librarian Dec 23, 2012 09:53 AM

Years ago we lived in Sunnyvale and went to a Chinese restaurant on El Camino Real. I don't really remember the food much, except that they had a flaming pupu platter which I had never seen before. It had sort of a tiki decor with thatched roofs over some of the booths. Does anyone remember the name of this place? Going south on El Camino, it was before Lawrence Expressway. Thanks!

Chef Chu's really doesn't have that deep a tiki decor.

Maybe Trad'r Vik's, now closed? They had pupu too, but it was much further north.

Could it have been Golden Dragon, which was near the intersection of Wolfe and El Camino ?
