ham/swiss croissant

i'm craving the ham and swiss croissant that was available at olde world bakery on 12th, half a block south of acc rio grande campus. this was in the 80's. anyone aware of where those guys are now? i've asked around about that bakery but no one seems to know if it's still there. that croissant got me through many rough days at acc. i may catch the red-eye if they are still around and pressing butter. thanks

    Try Elizabeth St. Cafe!
A bit pricey but so worth it. It might be out of your way, but you'll never know until you try. Ask for it to be heated too!

I don't know if it's swiss or not, I think it may be, but the ham and cheese and turkey and cheese versions at Quack's that usually are available before 10 a.m. every day are delectable.
