Cacio e Pepe Authentic in Vancouver

But I am wondering if there was a restaurant that served it in Vancouver that is actually good. Thanks.

    The only place I'm aware of is Campagnolo Roma. I enjoyed it but it may not be exactly traditional since they use tonarelli instead of spaghetti.

      I think Tavola also does it with tonarelli. Haven't tried.

          Sounds like tonnarelli is basically square spaghetti.

            Yes, it does look it. I think tonarelli or spaghetti is commonly used in Rome. Looking forward to tasting it. I hope they don't include those greens in my dish. Just the simple is enough for me.
